What to Bring/Wear?

- Comfortable walking/cross-training/running shoes and exercise-appropriate clothing

- Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping

- Water

- Towel or mat for abs and stretching

- A hat and/or sunscreen for you and your little one (for outdoor classes)

- Baby/kid essentials including snacks and/or toys for your little ones

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to the start time of each class. We don't want to leave anyone behind!

All strollers, except umbrella strollers will work fine. This is not just a stroll in the park but a workout that gets you striding into your best self (and the bonus of spending time with your children and other moms/friends).
